Mother's Day

Mommy and her little Diva.

I got everything I wished for for Mother's Day this year. No diamonds, no fancy brunches (although Martin did make me a killer waffle and bellini), and no "day off" from being a mom. My idea of a great Mother's Day included an early morning run with both Martin and Peyton (in her stroller), watching Peyton squeal with delight during her 45 minute play class, and spending a beautiful day outside with the coolest daughter in town. Love that little girl, and love being her mommy.

"I'm in the running for coolest chick on the block. Mommy says it isn't a fair competition."

"I will take off my shades to acknowledge the other kids around. But just for a minute."

"I told Mommy I would push her on the trike since it's Mother's Day. But she said it was still my turn."

"Hey Amber, let's smile for the camera at the same time so our Mommies can have a good picture." "You go ahead and smile Peyton. I've got other plans for this one."
