Land of Enchantment

Making the 6+ hour drive on I-40 to Albuquerque has quickly become our new Thanksgiving tradition. We arrived in NM just a few days after Peyton got her fake broken leg cast off, and she was ready to go.

The weekend was filled with good food, family and friends. Peyton got to visit the aquarium where she was amazed - albeit terrified - of the sharks, play outside in the beautiful weather, and sleep in her very own decked out Dora bed!

Papa, Abuelita, Peyton, and Sharpie the Shark

Daddy's girl

Really, Abuelita couldn't have done any better with the bedding!

Thankful for this little girl.

Still playing with Daddy's toys circa 1976.

Enjoying an adult night out at one of NM's more famous restuarants.

"Whoa! That's a big fish!"

"You're sure they can't get through the glass, right?"

Grandma's read better than anyone...

Lots of arts and crafts
